The porch feet attach to the deck and hold the LS tubes in place.  The 12" feet need to be used at all the corners, ends and center supports.  They are the major strength in these handrails so it is best not to skimp on these.  A few extra is better than not enough.

The LS tubes need to be cut to size before using.

The photo below shows the LS tubes installed over the porch feet. The longer feet in the corners require a few extra screws for added strength.
