Aluminum Extrusion

These are suggested retail prices for Screen Room Components.

Aluminum screen rooms are fairly basic structures. They are built with three types of extrusion, screen and doors.

Kick plates can be added around the bottom of the screen room. These can be made out of many different types of material.

The 2 x 2 is used for all of the basic framing. The screen grooves are built into this material so it is just a matter of getting them all facing the same direction.

The 1 x 2 is used for adding a screen groove into places like corners and up against walls.

The slip channel has many uses. All of the clips used to attach the 2 x 2 are made with this. The slip channel can also be used along the entire top and bottom of the room. The 2 x 2 goes into the slip and is attached.

The photo shows the screen room 2 x 2 and the slip channel. The clips that hold the horizontal 2 x 2 are cut from a length of slip channel.
