Above Ground Pool Top Rails

Where can I buy top rails for an above ground swimming pool? We purchased a home with an existing pool that is now in need of a new liner. Because several of the "Top Rails" (That's what I think the correct term is) are rusted through, they must be replaced also.

The pool manufacturer is out of business, so I'm hoping to buy something close to what I need, and then modifying them to fit. I removed one of the existing rails to get an idea of what is there. The only thing I can see that "must" be matched is the hole spacing to match existing holes in the frame itself.

I need to find one or more manufacturer's who will give me literature on their product, such as hole spacing, finished lengths, miter angles, etc. so I can make an informed decision on what product is easiest to modify. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. Charlie Mac



Hi Charlie. Try these sites to find a decent match. And you are right, they are easy to modify. Your biggest concerns will be finding the correct width and as close to the right length as possible. The hole patterns and the angle cuts on the ends can be easily changed.
