We bought a 24' round Summit pool. I ordered two new resin caps that were cracked. The company is located out of Canada. We are installing the pool this Saturday, two days. I just realized all the plastic push fasteners (Christmas tree clips) are broke. I have checked the hardware stores and all they carry are the short black ones for autos. I need long about 1 3/8" white ones. Why wouldn't screws work?

Hi Paula. Screws would probably work just fine. Sometimes you just have to use what you can get your hands on.

Bottom Rails Needed

I was looking over the pool wall of this 15 X 25 foot above ground pool to try to determine the manufacturer and found IV92 stamped above the basket filter opening. Is this any help? I'm hoping to hear from you soon! Are the bottom rails essential to assembly? I'm getting desperate, as my wife will not be impressed at all if I can't do anything with this hole I've dug in the back-yard!

Pacifica Top Rails

I need some gray top rails, that have lost there shape from heat/elements.

Jacuzzi Above Ground Pool Parts

I have a jacuzzi pool - 15 ft. 52" round. The company went out of business. I am looking for the top rail brackets to finish assembly. Does anyone or any dealer carry old parts or have old parts laying around? I need 1 bottom bracket and 10 top brackets or any that are close. Can anyone offer assistance?

Cracking Top Seats and Caps

I took down a pool two years ago and finally got it put together, but now after swimming in it some of the top seats and caps are cracked, any reason why, is there a problem with installation?

Hi Laura. They are probably just showing signs of old age. Resin or plastic pool parts seem to do this a lot. The sun bakes them a little and they fall apart. It's probably time to start looking for replacements.
