Arizona Shade is a disgrace

A year ago we contracted Arizona Shade to do some work for us. What a big mistake! We live in Mesa Arizona and they were a local company that had been in business a while. We got three quotes and went with Arizona Shade because they were the cheapest. We soon learned why.

The work ways done by a couple of kids that looked like they had never seen the building material before. We had to have them back out several times to try and finish the job. Each time things got a little worse.

The office would call and ask for final payment as if they thought the job was done. At one point the owner called us demanding payment. We politely told this old lady (way to old to be trying to run a so called business) that we had no intention of paying until the job was completed. After another trip by the boys we had had enough.

We hired a real company from a ways down the road and they had everything fixed in a day. It cost us everything we owed Arizona Shade plus a little more but was well worth it. The next time they call asking for money we are going to send them a copy of the repair invoice and a not so polite note.
