Top Plate Frustration

I have a 2001 sierra above ground pool, lookin for top plates(if im correct, the title top plate refers to the metal clamp that joins the wall parts together, if im incorrect please let me know) we need 22 of them because ours is 21x41. Am working with local company and cannot find what we need. Any info would be appreciated
