Get Them Out Safely

Do you like to swim with your pets and wish there was a better way for them to get out of the pool?  The Pool Pet Ramp might be just what you are looking for.  It allows pets an easy way to climb out of any pool, an above ground pool or an in ground.

If you have a vinyl lined pool you have even more reason to want to get the pets out safely.  If they panic their little claws could go right through the liner causing a nice rip.

This happened to me once when my family insisted I take our dog swimming with us.  When the dog was no longer having fun she wanted out immediately.  She tried to get up and over the top railing of the pool and in so doing ripped a couple of nice holes in the liner.

The bright white color of the Scamper Ramp makes it the first thing pets will see and are most likely to swim to when wanting out of the pool.  If we had been using one of these pool pet ramps our liner would be without a few patches and our dog would have learned how easy getting out of our pool could be and would not be afraid of it.  Well, that was years ago, and this product is brand new, so there was no way we could have had one.  You can bet this year out pool will be equipped with a new Scamper Ramp.

Do you ever go out to your pool in the morning to find a dead animal or two.  This would happen to us about every other week during the summer.  These little squirrels never tore the liner like the dog did, maybe we were just lucky, because they sure could have.  The sight of these poor little dead animals always made me sad.  I always new there had to be a way to get these critters out of the pool safely before they drowned.  Dead animals floating in the pool really kills the urge for an early morning swim. A Pool Pet Ramp would not let this happen.  The animals could exit safely and there would be no more dead critters in the pool waiting for you in the morning.

The Pool Pup Steps  (#ad)  are another product that would easily mount to an above ground pool and make an easy exit for your four legged swimmers. I could see a lot of use for this when teaching babies how to swim also.


We talk a lot about pool safety for children on this site, and we do hope you are doing your part to stop the drowning.  This is something you can do for the pets and other animals that might use your pool.
