Stop the Drowning

We Can All Help

It happens several times a day, all summer long. Children are drowning in backyard swimming pools. Review the facts about drowning here.

We have all heard the warnings and we all know about the products we should own to make our pools safe. The safety products include pool safety fences, pool and gate alarms and pool covers. Above ground pools should have a safety ladder that either has removable outside steps or ones that swing up and lock into place. The common sense stuff includes never leave your children unattended around water.

Somehow the products and the warnings are not enough. Children are still drowning in swimming pools. Is there a way we can all help educate pool owners about the risks?

With your help maybe we can save a child's life. Maybe we can save hundreds.
